26/03/2019 Changes On The Board Of Credit Corporation (PNG) Limited

Sir Wilson Kamit, CBE, Chairman of the Board of Credit Corporation (PNG) Ltd today announced the following changes on the Board of Credit Corporation (PNG) Limited and that of its wholly owned subsidiaries:-

That Allan Marlin and Sir Wilson Kamit have tendered in our resignation as Directors on the Board of Credit Corporation (PNG) Limited and that of its wholly owned PNG subsidiaries. Our resignation is effective as of the close of business today;

That the Board of Credit Corporation (PNG) Limited have unanimously resolved and nominated new Independent Directors being Richard Sinamoi, James Byron Kruse, Michael Varapik and Sydney George Yates for election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting; and Board will commence the ‘Fit and Proper’ person process for the four nominated Directors.
