Resolutions passed at the AGM of shareholders of Credit Corporation (PNG) Limited held at Grand Papua Hotel at 11:00 am, Thursday the 29th of June 2017.
1. Confirmation of last AGM Meeting Minutes: The shareholders resolved to confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 30th June 2016. The motion called for the passing of the meeting minutes was moved by David Brown, a proxy for National Superannuation Fund Limited and seconded by Dr. Stephen Nash, the proxy of Nambawan Super Limited.
